Adaptive Steering Wheel Heating on Entry

This xcombo provides fully automated, context-aware control of the steering wheel heating system. When the driver enters the vehicle and driver seat occupancy is detected, the steering wheel heating is activated if the outside temperature is within a cold range. The system initially starts at the highest heating level to quickly bring the steering wheel to a comfortable temperature. Heating intensity is then reduced step by step over defined time intervals, transitioning from level 3 to level 2 and finally to level 1, maintaining comfort while optimizing energy efficiency. If the outside temperature rises to a moderate or warm level, or if the driver leaves the vehicle, the steering wheel heating is automatically switched off. This ensures maximum comfort with minimal manual interaction and efficient energy usage across varying driving conditions.
